Hi, my name is Levi. I am the owner and operator of Mint Condition Remodeling. As a new homeowner I am very familiar with the tremendous costs and stress any home improvement can bring. However, I am well aware of how necessary, meaningful, or wanted they may be to the most meaningful place. Home.
After investing many of my own dollars and time into my home, on my own, I experienced the absolute turbulence of navigating all of the small stressors that come along with home improvements - and I loved it. I decided to further invest in myself to offer my experience, skills, and visions to other likeminded homeowners.
